The Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping (PP &GH) documents associated with the MS4 permit focus on operations and procedures that will be followed to minimize pollution by the permittee. This includes topics such as employee training, lawn and park maintenance, catch basin inspections, and general operating procedures. EGLE reviews that these procedures are being completed every two years through progress reports submitted by each member.
